RADOIR’s scientific committee presented the “Atlas of The Rare Diseases In Iran” entitled with the genetic & congenital diseases and published for the first time to the Minister of Health of Iran
On Tuesday Nov. 19th, 2019, RADOIR’s board of directors, deputy medical sciences of TUMS and a member of the Iranian parliament joined a meeting session with Dr. M. Namaki, the Minister of Health of Iran to present the first volume of the Atlas.
Atlas of the Rare Diseases in Iran
Dr. Namaki appreciated RADOIR’s achievements and activities and also emphasized on the rare diseases classifications out of non-rare ones to improve the final diagnosis and treatment services for the rare patients which the atlas is counted as a big help in this regard.
To be mentioned that The Atlas of Rare Diseases in Iran will be developed in 4 volumes out of which the second volume is under process entitled “The Rare Metabolic Diseases”.
