Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran as the First Non-governmental Organization Could Join ICOSEP (International Coalition of Organizations Supporting Endocrine Patients)
As per joining a campaign as child growth, ICOSEP invited RADOIR for collaborating partnership in the field of rare growth disorders in children and also issued an official membership certificate for Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran.
The International Coalition of Organizations Supporting Endocrine Patients is under surveillance of the International Society for Endocrinology (ISE) based in Switzerland. It has 35 members from the academic organizations and specialty medical centers. ICOSEP aims at raising awareness and sharing knowledge via holding events related to growth disorders and rare endocrine patients.
Endocrinology including Biology and Medicine and also rare and genetic endocrine disorders are part of that.
This federation focuses on growth genetic disorders in children and intends to raise the families’ awareness and educate the, accordingly.
