Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran held Genodermatoses symposium
The symposium of Rare Condition of Skin Disease (Genodermatoses) held by Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran in collaboration with Dermatology and Stem Cell Research Center and Tehran University of Medical Sciences on February, 26, 2018 in Tehran.
The topics of the symposium including Dermatology, Human Genetics, Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Immunology and Pediatric Allergy, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery were discussed by participants from Medical society.
The program began at 8:30 on Monday, with the speeches of Dr. Hamid Reza Edraki (Managing Director of Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran), Dr Nilfroosh Zadeh (Head of the Dermatology Research Center), Dr. Fakhari (Head of Tehran Provincial Council and member of the Cultural Commission of Tehran Social Medicine), Dr. Zainali (Medical Genetic Specialist), Dr. Azizpour (Dermatologist),Dr. Moravej(Dermatologist), Dr. Matsouri (Dermatologist), Dr. Rezaei (Immunology specialist), Dr. Shafeghati(Clinical Genetic Specialist), Dr. Rafaati and Dr. Ghaffari (genetic Specialist), Dr. Nikkhah (Dermatologist), Dr. Mohammadi (Developmental biologist), Dr. Mozafari (Dermatologist) Dr. Riazi (Infectious Disease Specialist) continued to 16:30 on the same day.
In this symposium, the participants presented lectures and the latest articles to raise the knowledge of physicians on Rare Diseases in order to provide better services, which will be provided by the Scientific Deputy of the Foundation.
